We had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of Sapa! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and away from the noisy main street. The hotel is situated in a quiet alley, and we loved waking up to the fresh produce market just outside. Another great advantage was the availability of a water filter on the ground floor, so we could easily refill our bottles.

Although our overall stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the entrance hallway had a strong cigarette smoke smell which sometimes drifted into our room.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and proper heating facilities for cold weather.

Felt like part of the family, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel itself is very new and clean, with proper heating in the rooms that kept us warm and comfortable during the cold and humid winter in Sapa. We enjoyed our balcony room with a street view, and although it wasn't a mountain view, it was still a pleasant way to start our day. The family that runs the hotel may not speak much English, but they were still able to communicate effectively and we appreciated that they didn't pressure us to buy tours or other things. we highly recommend staying at New Villa for great value for money and a lovely atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Sa Pa New Villa for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of town but on a quiet street away from the noise. The spacious and spotless room was equipped with proper heating, which was crucial during the cold and humid winter in Sapa. The owners, despite the language barrier, were kind and helpful, even going out of their way to find us when we couldn't locate the hotel in the middle of the night. the hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Our room was spacious, clean, and even had heating pads which was a nice touch. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially in providing us with advice on what to do in Sapa. They even went above and beyond by allowing us to stay in a guest room in their own house when our train left later in the evening. It was a lifesaver, especially with our two small kids.
